A chance to undertake an unseen advocacy exercise in front of a panel, much like those plea in mits and other applications that are asked of interviewees at pupillage interviews. Again there’ll be experienced practitioners there to provide detailed feedback. Criminal and civil problems will be provided and you’ll have 10-15 minutes to prepare, just as if it were for real.
