In submitting this application I confirm that I satisfy the eligibility criteria for an Intern Award in that: 1) I am a member of MTSA or MTYBA; 2) I am currently undertaking an internship abroad or I am due to undertake an internship abroad for which I have received an offer; 3) I have not secured pupillage at the time of applying.

In submitting this application I confirm that if successful in receiving an Intern Award I will provide a 1500 word paper to MTYBA on a topic related to my internship within a reasonable time of completing my internship.

I confirm that should I be successful in receiving an Intern Award and am subsequently found to fail to comply with the above two conditions I will be liable to repay some or all of my Intern Award to MTYBA.
