Applying for Pupillage? MTYBA wants to hear from you!
Last night MTYBA concluded its three-part Pupillage Application Programme with an event giving applicants an opportunity to have a go at some advocacy exercises in front of a mock pupillage panel, much like those seen at interview. Applicants were given a choice of a plea in mitigation or an application for summary judgment, a small amount of time to prepare, and delivered their application and received feedback.
As always, we're very grateful to the practitioners who take their time out to come and assist with these events.
We're always looking to adapt and expand the range of events and opportunities that we provide for our pre-pupils and help them through the process. With this in mind, MTYBA would like to invite our members to provide some feedback or input on aspects we can add or change to our programme.
Are some events more useful than others? Would you like to see them in a different format? Do they take place at the right time of year?
No idea is a bad idea so please let us know what you think by emailing us at enquiries@mtyba.org.
Best of luck to all of MTYBA's pupillage applicants!
